摘要
通过关联度分析,探讨了培养料中添加等氮量的不同氮源对龙爪菇中氨基酸含量和产量影响,为大面积栽培高氨基酸含量、高产量的龙爪菇提供科学依据。各氮源处理的关联度排序为:Y_(4)> Y_(1)> Y_(2)> Y_(3)> Y_(5)。其中Y_(4)处理与氮源的关联度第一,为0.993 9, Y_(5)处理关联度最小,为0.872 6。说明培养料中添加等氮量的不同氮源对龙爪菇的产量和氨基酸含量有一定的影响。各氮源处理与产量、氨基酸含量关联度排序为:G_(1)> G_(4)> G_(11)> G_(19)>G_(8)> G_(6)> G_(17)> G_(16)> G_(9)> G_(10)> G_(2)> G_(13)> G_(3)> G_(12)> G_(14)> G_(15)> G_(7)> G_(18)。其中G_(1)与氮源的关联度第一,为0.980 6,关联度越大,表明相似程度越高,说明龙爪菇G_(1)与培养料中氮源关系最密切,第二是G_(4),关联度最小的是G_(18)。
The correlation analysis was employed to analyze the effect of different nitrogen sources on amino acid contents and yield to provide scientific basis for producing Auricularia polytricha with high yield and amino acid contents.The results showed that the correlation degree order of nitrogen sources was Y_(4)>Y_(1)>Y_(2)>Y_(3)>Y_(5),among them,the correlation degree between Y4 and nitrogen source was the highest(0.9939)while Y5 was the lowest(0.8726).It revealed that the same addition of nitrogen provided by different nitrogen sources had certain effects on yield and amino acid contents of A.polytricha.The correlation degree between amino acid contents and yield was G_(1)> G_(4)> G_(11)> G_(19)>G_(8)> G_(6)> G_(17)> G_(16)> G_(9)> G_(10)> G_(2)> G_(13)> G_(3)> G_(12)> G_(14)> G_(15)> G_(7)> G_(18),among them,the correlation degree between G_(1) and nitrogen source was the highest(0.9806),secondly it was G4,while G18 was the lowest.It revealed that G1 was most closely related to the nitrogen sources in the medium.
