陕西咸阳地区新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中医临床特征分析

Clinical Characteristics of COVID-19 Patients in Xianyang District of Shaanxi

目的分析陕西咸阳地区新冠肺炎患者临床特征,尤其是中医临床特征,为该病的防治提供科学依据。方法以2020年1月21日—2020年3月4日我院收治的17例新冠肺炎患者为研究对象,收集、分析患者的一般情况、中医临床特征信息、血液生化指标检测、肺部CT情况,并依据《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第四、五版)》进行辨证。结果17例患者中发病年龄较大,男性居多,多有湖北地区旅居史和与确诊患者密切接触史,普通型多见(82.35%);白细胞总数、淋巴细胞计数多正常、C反应蛋白和血清淀粉样蛋白多升高,94.12%的患者肺部病变明显而双肺者为64.71%、单肺病变及斑片状渗出各占58.82%;首发症状以发热为主(76.47%);中医临床特征有发热(82.35%)、咽干(76.47%)、倦怠乏力(70.59%)、咳嗽(64.71%)、恶心呕吐、舌淡红(均52.94%),舌腻(88.24%)、濡脉(76.47%)等,证型以寒湿郁肺为主(94.12%)。结论本病传染性强,传变迅速,初期病位主在肺脏,累及脾胃,寒湿郁肺型常见。

Objective To analyze COVID-19 in Shaanxi Xianyang area,especially the clinical characteristics of TCM,and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods 17 patients with COVID-19 admitted in our hospital from January 21,2020 to March 4,2020 were selected as the subjects.The general situation,clinical characteristics,blood biochemical indices and CT of lung were collected and analyzed,and the syndrome was diagnosed according to the diagnosis and treatment plan of COVID-19 infection(trial version fourth,fifth).Results Among the 17 patients,the age of onset was older,most of them were male,most of them had the history of living in Hubei area and close contact with the diagnosed patients,and the common type was more common(82.35%);The total number of white blood cells and lymphocyte count were more normal,C-reactive protein and serum amyloid protein were more increased.94.12%of the patients had obvious lung lesions,while 64.71%of the patients had bilateral lung lesions.Single lung lesions and patchy exudation accounted for 58.82%respectively;The first symptom was fever(76.47%);The clinical features of TCM included fever(82.35%),dry throat(76.47%),fatigue(70.59%),cough(64.71%),nausea and vomiting,redness of tongue(52.94%),greasy fur(88.24%)and moistening pulse(76.47%),etc.The main syndrome type was cold dampness stagnation of lung(94.12%).Conclusion The disease is highly infectious and spreads rapidly.In the early stage,the main location of the disease is in the lung,involving the spleen and stomach.
