摘要
TBM隧洞豆砾石回填灌浆及盾构隧洞壁后注浆是水利工程隧洞施工中非常重要的环节,其施工质量关系到整个隧洞的长期安全运行,如何对壁后注浆质量进行无损检测是一个需要解决的问题。分析了目前壁后注浆检测技术现状,结合壁后注浆检测难点研究了基于超声横波的管片壁后回填灌浆检测技术,并提出将多道叠前偏移成像技术应用于回填灌浆质量检测,最后在实际工程中进行了效果验证,证明了该技术可有效解决TBM隧洞豆砾石回填灌浆及盾构隧洞壁后注浆效果无损检测的行业技术难题,且检测精度较传统方法大幅提高。
The backfill grouting of the TBM tunnel with pea gravel and the back grouting of the shield tunnel wall are both very important links in the construction of hydraulic engineering tunnels,the quality of grouting is directly related to the long-term safe operation of the tunnel.This paper analyzed the current situation of backfill grouting detection technology,and used ultrasonic transverse wave reflection technology to analyze and research the backfill grouting detection technology of pipe segments,and combined actual engineering cases to verify the detection effect.The related application shows that the ultrasonic transverse wave array imaging technology can effectively solve the technical issues of the non-destructive inspection of the TBM tunnel pea gravel backfill grouting and the shield tunnel wall back grouting effect,and the inspection effect is greatly improved compared with the existing geological radar method.
