毛德西教授自拟参芪威灵仙汤治疗产后痹证经验

Professor Mao Dexi's experience in treating postpartum arthralgia with Shenqi Weilingxian decoction

产后痹证是产褥期妇女多发疾病,近年来由于女性流产率的增加、流产及产后护理不当、生活作息不规律等多种因素,导致本病发病率呈上升趋势。毛德西教授认为气血亏虚、营卫失和为本病致病之本,外感风寒湿邪为发病之诱因,肾精亏虚、阴精内耗为难以速急之主因。治疗上以扶正祛邪、标本兼治为原则,结合多年临床经验自拟参芪威灵仙汤以益气养血,通络止痛,补肾健脾;同时重视病证合参,辨证加减,偏重用药各不相同;善用三味方,配伍灵活,转珠用药,兼顾脾肾等多个脏腑,临床往往有应手而愈之效。通过对毛德西教授治疗产后痹证辨证求因的思路、选方用药特点的阐述和典型案例的分析,总结毛老治疗本病的独到见解和特色经验。

Postpartum arthralgia is a common disease in puerperium women.In recent years,the incidence rate of this disease is increasing due to the increase of abortion rate,abortion and improper postpartum care,irregular life and rest.Professor Mao Dexi believes that Qi and blood deficiency and disharmony of Ying and Wei(营卫)are the causes of the disease,exogenous wind cold dampness pathogen is the cause of the disease,kidney essence deficiency and yin essence internal friction are the main causes of the disease.Based on the principle of strengthening the body and expelling pathogenic factors and treating both the root causes and the symptoms,combined with many years of clinical experience,Shenqi Weilingxian decoction(参芪威灵仙汤)is made to replenish Qi and blood,dredge collaterals and relieve pain,tonify the kidney and spleen;at the same time,it attaches importance to the combination of disease and syndrome,the addition and subtraction of syndrome differentiation,with different emphasis on medication;it is good at using Sanwei prescription,the compatibility is flexible,taking into account multiple viscera of spleen and kidney.Through the analysis of Professor Mao Dexi's thinking on syndrome differentiation and cause seeking,prescription selection and medication characteristics,and analysis of typical cases,this paper summarizes the unique opinions and experience of Professor Mao Dexi in the treatment of postpartum arthralgia syndrome.
