低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗对重性抑郁症患者的疗效评价

Low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of major depression

目的:研究重性抑郁症患者采用低频重复经颅磁刺激(Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation,rTMS)治疗的效果。方法:回顾分析2018年2月-2019年2月东莞市第七人民医院精神科接收的100例重性抑郁症患者,采纳“入院先后顺序”随机分两组各50例,即对照组(给予盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗)与观察组(对照组基础+低频重复经颅磁刺激),两组治疗效果比较。结果:治疗前比较两组抑郁评分及认知功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组比,观察组认知功能评分高,抑郁评分低;观察组治疗有效率(96.00%,48/50)高于对照组(84.00%,42/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:rTMS治疗重性抑郁症患者能提高整体疗效、稳定病情。

Objective:To study the effect of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of major depression.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with major depression admitted to Dongguan Seventh People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 was carried out.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the"order of admission",i.e.the control group(treated with sertraline hydrochloride dispersible tablets)and the observation group(Basic treatment combined with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation),and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in depression score and cognitive function(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the cognitive function score of the observation group was higher and the depression score was lower;the effective rate of the observation group(96.00%,48/50)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%,42/50),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:rTMS can improve the overall efficacy and stabilize the condition of patients with major depression.
