基于数据挖掘分析中医药治疗糖尿病合并高血压病的用药规律

Medication law and theoretical analysis in treating diabetes combined with hypertension based on date mining technology

通过计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库“中医药治疗糖尿病合并高血压病”临床随机对照试验研究文献,统计研究采用处方的用药频次、性味、归经情况,对高频药物进行关联规则和聚类分析。对225篇研究中的337个处方进行分析,出现频次前5的中药是生地黄、牛膝、丹参、钩藤和天麻,高频用药主要为天麻钩藤饮、六味地黄丸及半夏白术天麻汤的组分。运用最广的是补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药和平肝息风药。中药主要归肝、肾经,药味多为寒,性味多为甘、苦和辛味。关联规则显示的主要药对和功效分别为:熟地黄-淫羊藿补益肝肾;丹参-太子参活血补气;茯苓-党参健脾益气;丹参-鬼箭羽活血化瘀。聚类分析显示高频用药可分为7大类,主要类群功效为平肝潜阳、补益肾阴、活血化瘀和祛湿化痰等。客观呈现了现代中医药治疗糖尿病合并高血压病着重平肝潜阳、补益肾阴,兼顾活血化瘀、祛痰化湿;多用寒药和入肝肾经之药。体现了中医药治疗糖尿病合并高血压病注重补益肾阴、平肝潜阳、化痰祛瘀的治疗思路。

The literature of clinical randomized controlled trial of"traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of diabetes combined with hypertension"was searched by computer in three databases:CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu.Then statistics medication frequency,property,flavor and meridian tropism.Association rules analysis and cluster analysis were performed on the high-frequency drugs.Results show that the most frequently used drugs were Shengdihuang(生地黄),Niuxi(牛膝),Danshen(丹参),Gouteng(钩藤)and Tianma(天麻).The main components of high frequency medication wer Tianma Gouteng decoction(天麻钩藤饮),Liuwei Dihuang pill(六味地黄丸)and Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(半夏白术天麻汤).The drugs are mainly belong to tonic medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,bloodactivating and blood-stasis medicinal and liver-calming wind-extinguishing medicinal.Drugs mainly belong to liver meridian and kidney meridian.Medicinal property of drugs are mainly cold and medicinal flavor are mainly sweet,bitter and acrid.Through Association rules analysis,the main drug pairs and efficacy shown as follows:Shudihuang-Yinyanghuo(熟地黄-淫羊藿),tonifying liver and kidney;Danshen-Taizishen(丹参-太子参),quickening blood and tonifying qi;Fuling-Dangshen(茯苓-党参),fortifying the spleen and replenishing Qi;Danshen-Guijianyu(丹参-鬼箭羽),activating blood and resolving stasis.The cluster analysis showed that drugs could be divided into 7 categories,and mainly belong to pacify liver and subdue yang medicinal,nourishing kidney medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal and phlegm-dispelling formula and so on.It show than modern traditional Chinese medicine focuses on pacitying liver and subdueing yang,nourishing kidney medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving and dispelling phlegm in the treatment of diabetes combined with hypertension.It embodies the treatment thought of diabetes combined with hypertension.
