参芪麦味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚证2型糖尿病的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的:观察参芪麦味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚证2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:62例患者随机分成对照组31例,观察组31例,对照组予常规西药降糖,观察组在常规西药降糖基础上,每天口服1剂参芪麦味地黄汤。结果:治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、餐后2 h血糖(2 Hours Postprandial Blood Glucose,2 hPG)、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率为(93.55%,29/31),显著高于对照组(80.65%,25/31)(P<0.01)。结论:参芪麦味地黄汤可降低气阴两虚证2型糖尿病患者的GLU及2 hPG,改善患者临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction(参芪麦味地黄汤)on type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin(气阴).Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(31 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group was treated with one dose of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction every day on the basis of conventional western medicine.Results:After treatment,fasting plasma glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was(93.55%,29/31),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.65%,25/31)(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction can reduce the fasting plasma glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose of type 2 diabetic patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin,and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
