易黄汤加减治疗脾虚湿热型阴道炎的临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical effect of modified Yihuang decoction on vaginitis of dampness-heat type with spleen deficiency

目的:探讨易黄汤加减治疗脾虚湿热型阴道炎的临床疗效研究。方法:将2019年1月-2020年3月在寿阳县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心妇保科妇科治疗的108例脾虚湿热型阴道炎患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组54例,对照组使用常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用易黄汤加减治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、各项指标恢复正常时间及症状消失、中医证候积分变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为(96.30%,52/54)明显高于对照组的(75.93%,41/54)(P<0.05);观察组白细胞恢复正常时间(4.12±1.89)d、中性粒细胞恢复正常时间(4.36±1.72)d、症状消失时间(7.43±2.19)d明显短于对照组的(6.75±2.18)d、(7.54±2.25)d、(13.92±3.78)d(P<0.05);观察组治疗后带下异常、外阴瘙痒、口苦口腻、神疲倦怠、腰膝酸软、纳呆、便溏等中医证候积分为(0.32±0.11)分、(0.22±0.09)分、(0.27±0.10)分、(0.37±0.15)分、(0.39±0.17)分、(0.37±0.16)分、(0.34±0.12)分明显低于对照组的(1.04±0.21)分、(0.94±0.18)分、(1.19±0.24)分、(1.13±0.25)分、(1.16±0.27)分、(1.09±0.21)分、(1.08±0.23)分(P<0.05)。结论:易黄汤加减治疗脾虚湿热型阴道炎的临床疗效显著,能有效抗菌消炎,健脾祛湿,清除阴道湿、热等病邪,缓解中医证候,提升机体抗病能力,加快症状消除,促进血象恢复正常,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Yihuang decoction(易黄汤加减)in the treatment of dampness-heat vaginitis due to spleen deficiency.Methods:108 cases of patients with dampness-heat vaginitis due to spleen deficiency treated in Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center of Shouyang County from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group,the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,on the basis of the control group,the observation group received modified Yihuang decoction,the clinical curative effect,the time of each index returning to be normal,and the symptoms disappearance,the change of syndromes of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was(96.30%,52/54)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than(75.93%,41/54)in the control group(P<0.05).The time of leukocyte returning to be normal(4.12±1.89)d,neutrophil returning to be normal(4.36±1.72)d,symptom disappearance(7.43±2.19)d were significantly shorter than those of control group(6.75±2.18)d,(7.54±2.25)d and(13.92±3.78)d(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes in the observation group were(0.32±0.11),(0.22±0.09),(0.27±0.10),(0.37±0.15),(0.39±0.17),(0.37±0.16)and(0.34±0.12),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.04±0.21),(0.94±0.18),(1.19±0.24),(1.13±0.25),(1.16±0.27),(1.09±0.21)and(1.08±0.23)(P<0.05).Conclusion:modified Yihuang decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating vaginitis of dampness-heat type due to spleen deficiency.It can effectively fight inflammation,relieve TCM syndromes,and improve the disease resistance of the body.
