推拿治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效的系统评价

A systematic review of the clinical efficacy of massage therapy for peripheral facial paralysis

目的:评价推拿治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:检索中国知网、维普中文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMBASE,自建库至2019年12月31日关于推拿治疗周围性面瘫的临床随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT),经过文献筛选后采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献,848例患者。Meta分析结果表明推拿疗法治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义[愈显率:OR=3.47,95%CI(2.5,4.82),Z=7.45,P<0.00001]。结论:推拿治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效显著,但由于纳入文献数量少,质量偏低,存在发表偏倚等,今后仍需开展大样本、多中心、高质量的随机对照试验来进一步证实。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of massage on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:CNKI,VIP Chinese database,Chinese biomedical literature database,Wanfang database,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMBASE were searched.From the establishment of the database to December 31,2019,the RCT of massage treatment of peripheral facial paralysis was conducted.After literature screening,the software RevMan5.3 was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 10 articles were included,involving 848 patients.Meta-analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of massage therapy on peripheral facial paralysis was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Good improvement rate:OR=3.47,95%CI(2.5,4.82),Z=7.45,P<0.00001).Conclusion:Massage has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,but due to the small number of literature,low quality,and publication bias and so on,we still need to carry out large sample,multi center,and high-quality randomized controlled trials to further confirm.
