摘要
细胞黏度作为一种重要的生理环境参数,影响着物质的转运、代谢、信号传递以及细胞分化与凋亡等生理活动。细胞黏度的变化与多种疾病和功能障碍密切相关。开发可用于细胞成像的黏度荧光探针对理解细胞内的各种生理活动和疾病诊断具有重要意义。本文系统总结了近年来靶向定位不同细胞器且可用于细胞成像的黏度荧光探针,从结构设计、检测机制、生物应用等方面进行概述,同时对其发展趋势和应用前景进行展望。
As an important physiological environmental parameter,cellular viscosity affects nutrient transport,metabolism,signal transduction,cellular differentiation,apoptosis,and other physiological behaviors.At the intracellular level,changes in viscosity are associated with a variety of diseases and dysfunctions.The development of viscosity fluorescent probes for cell imaging is of great significance for the understanding of physiological activities and functions in various cellular processes and the diagnosis of some diseases and dysfunctions.In this review,we systematically summarize the recent progress on organelle-targeted viscosity fluorescent probes for cell imaging,and provide a general overview on structure design,detection mechanisms,and biological applications.The development trend and application prospect of viscosity probes are also discussed.
