基于瓦斯继电器挡板旋转初始角加速度的油浸式变压器非电量保护方法 被引量:11

Non-electric Protection Method for Oil-immersed Transformer Based on Initial Angular Acceleration of Baffle Rotation of Gas Relay

摘要 瓦斯继电器是变压器中重要的非电量保护设备,现有的瓦斯继电器只有当挡板旋转到一定角度并触发干弹簧片时,重瓦斯才报警。为了能够进一步缩短重瓦斯报警的时间,提出了一种基于瓦斯继电器挡板旋转初始角加速度的油浸式变压器非电量保护方法。首先建立了瓦斯继电器挡板的动力学模型,对不同冲击能量下挡板的初始角加速度特性进行了解析推导。然后研制了能够检测挡板转角的瓦斯继电器,并搭建了能够模拟不同故障能量的瓦斯继电器挡板特性试验台,对不同冲击能量下挡板转角和旋转初始角加速度进行试验研究。结果表明:依据挡板旋转的初始角加速度能够预判故障能量和故障的严重程度,并及时发出报警信号,从而提高故障报警的灵敏度。论文研究为变压器故障程度的识别提供了一种新方法。 Gas relay is an important non-electric protection device in a transformer.The existing gas relay can only alarm heavy gas when the baffle rotates to a certain angle and triggers the dry spring plate.In order to further reduce the alarm time of heavy gas,we proposed a non-electric protection method for oil-immersed transformer based on initial angular acceleration of gas relay baffle rotation.Firstly,the dynamic model of the baffle of gas relay was established,and the initial angular acceleration characteristics of the baffle under different impact energies were derived analytically.Then,a gas relay that can detect baffle angle was developed,and a test bed for baffle characteristics of gas relay that can simulate different fault energies was built.The experimental research on baffle angle and initial angular acceleration of rotation under different impact energies was carried out.The results show that,according to the initial angular acceleration of the baffle rotation,the fault energy and fault severity can be predicted,and the alarm signal can be sent in time,so as to improve the sensitivity of fault alarm.The research has provided a new method for transformer fault degree recognition.
