葡萄糖转运体家族与血管疾病的研究进展

糖类是自然界中广泛存在的一种有机化合物,其中最常见的是葡萄糖,它在生命活动过程中起着重要的作用,是一切生命体维持生命活动所需能量的重要来源,葡萄糖需要在特定的转运体的帮助下才能顺利进入细胞内参与能量代谢反应。近年来,越来越多研究结果表明葡萄糖转运蛋白(glucose transporters,GLUTs)与血管疾病的发病机制间存在密切联系。本文通过分析国内外相关文献,总结近年来葡萄糖转运体家族与血管疾病之间关系的研究进展,探讨GLUTs在血管疾病中的作用。

Sugar is an organic compound which widely exists in the nature,and one of the most common is glucose.Glucose plays an important role in the process of life activity and is an important source of energy needed by all living things to sustain life activities.Glucose needs the help of a specific transporter to enter the cell and participate in the energy metabolism.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that glucose transporters(GLUTs)are closely related to the pathogenesis of vascular diseases.This research analyzes relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes the research progress of the relationship between glucose transporter family and vascular diseases in recent years,and explores the role of GLUTs in vascular disease.
