行为经济学禀赋效应视角下黑龙江省医务人员离职意愿影响因素及策略研究 被引量:5

Influencing Factors and Strategies of Turnover Intention of Medical Staff in Heilongjiang Province from the Perspective of Endowment Effect of Behavioral Economics

摘要 目的:分析黑龙江省医务人员离职意愿影响因素,引入行为经济学禀赋效应为提出相关建议提供有效依据。方法:对离职意愿影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:研究发现医疗纠纷、幸福感、培训和假期等福利制度以及自我提升等因素影响离职意愿。结论:医疗机构从应保障医务人员人身安全,调整可能影响医务人员幸福感的因素,加强技能培训,给予医务人员足够的职业成长和发展空间入手,降低医务人员离职率。 Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of turnover intention of medical staff in Heilongjiang Province,and introduce the endowment effect of behavioral economics to provide effective basis for relevant suggestions.Methods:Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of turnover intention.Results:It found that medical disputes,well-being,welfare system such as training and vacation,self-improvement and other factors could affect urnover intention.Conclusion:Medical institutions should protect the personal safety of medical staff,adjust the factors that may affect the well-being of medical staff,strengthen skills training,give medical staff enough space for career growth and development,and reduce the turnover rate of medical staff.
