摘要
目的:分析黑龙江省医务人员离职意愿影响因素,引入行为经济学禀赋效应为提出相关建议提供有效依据。方法:对离职意愿影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:研究发现医疗纠纷、幸福感、培训和假期等福利制度以及自我提升等因素影响离职意愿。结论:医疗机构从应保障医务人员人身安全,调整可能影响医务人员幸福感的因素,加强技能培训,给予医务人员足够的职业成长和发展空间入手,降低医务人员离职率。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of turnover intention of medical staff in Heilongjiang Province,and introduce the endowment effect of behavioral economics to provide effective basis for relevant suggestions.Methods:Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of turnover intention.Results:It found that medical disputes,well-being,welfare system such as training and vacation,self-improvement and other factors could affect urnover intention.Conclusion:Medical institutions should protect the personal safety of medical staff,adjust the factors that may affect the well-being of medical staff,strengthen skills training,give medical staff enough space for career growth and development,and reduce the turnover rate of medical staff.
