火炸药计量技术发展状况及趋势

摘要 介绍了近几年国内外火炸药计量技术发展的状况,指出光、电、信息等新技术的应用,使原有技术无法计量的一些参数定量化,对于现有的计量技术而言,新技术的应用可使计量的精度和效率更高;对现有计量方法的改进,使计量的准确度更高,测试结果更可靠;高效的在线计量技术可在不影响生产的前提下实时计量生产线上产品的某些参数,无疑大大提高了生产效率。 The development status of metering technique of the explosives and propellants at home and abroad in recent years are introduced.It is pointed out that the applications of new techniques including light,electricity,information and so on make some parameters that can not be metered by using the original techniques quantitative.For the existing metering techniques,the applications of the new techniques make the accuracy and efficiency of the metering higher.The improvement of the existing metering methods makes the accuracy of metering higher and the test results more reliable.The high efficient on-line metering technique can measure some parameters of the products in the production line in real time without affecting production,the production efficiency will be greatly improved undoubtedly.
