摘要
以醇类化合物、氯代烃、氯化亚砜、氯化氢及叠氮化钠为原料,采用水相叠氮化工艺进行1, 3–二叠氮–2–取代氨基丙烷系列叠氮化合物的合成,研究了合成反应机理,对重要工艺参数进行了考察,确定了适宜的反应条件,并对中间产物和最终产物进行了密度测定和结构表征。结果表明,所合成的最终产物为目标产物。
Using the alcohols,chlorinated hydrocarbons,sulfoxide chloride,hydrogen chloride and sodium azide as raw materials,the 1,3-diazido-2-substituted aminopropane series azido compounds were synthesized by using the aqueous phase azidation technology.The synthesis reaction mechanism was studied,the important process parameters were investigated,the appropriate reaction conditions were confirmed,the density determination and structure characterization of the intermediate product and final product were carried out.The results show that the synthesized final product is the target product.
