Effects of Emery on Impregnation and Pressing of Colored Paper

This paper mainly introduced the influence of different manufacturers of emery(aluminum oxide)on glue index,adhesive tape index after impregnation and subsequent pressing quality.By testing the particle size distribution of emery from different manufacturers,pH value of emery,pH value of glue,curing time,surface quality,surface curing degree and formaldehyde emission of flooring board,the impregnation of emery on spray pattern paper was analyzed.The adjustment methods and suggestions of impregnation process and pressing process were obtained.
