摘要
铁路运输在当今的大宗货物运输中起着重要作用。敞车车体是货车的主要组成部件,所以对其进行强度和可靠性评估就显得尤为重要。对敞车车体进行了有限元建模,根据TB/T 1335—1996标准确定载荷工况,通过ANSYS对其进行了不同工况下的静强度与自由模态计算;基于ANSYS/PDS模块,利用蒙特卡罗法对车体等效应力最大工况进行了静强度可靠性及灵敏度分析。结果表明:车体的静强度指标满足许用要求;模型在频域上表现正常;许用应力对其静强度的可靠性影响最大。
Railway transportation plays an important role in the transportation of bulk goods nowadays.The car body is the main component of the truck,so it is very important to evaluate its strength and reliability.The finite element model of the open car body is carried out and the load condition is determined according to TB/T 1335—1996 standard,the static strength and free mode under different working conditions are calculated by ANSYS;Based on ANSYS/PDS module,Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the reliability and sensitivity of static strength of the vehicle body under the condition of maximum equivalent stress.The results show that the static strength index of the car body meets the allowable requirement,the model is normal in frequency domain,and the allowable stress has the greatest influence on the reliability of the static strength.
