摘要
为减小加工过程中变截面涡旋盘齿的变形,提高加工精度,需研究齿的变形规律。进行了铣削变截面涡旋盘第二段基圆外圈齿试验,研究了不同主轴转速、切削深度、切削宽度和每齿进给量对铣削力的影响;应用极差法分析各铣削参数对铣削力的影响规律,得到最优的铣削参数组合。利用ABAQUS软件进行仿真,分析了涡旋齿铣削过程中铣削力不变时齿在型线方向、高度方向的变形情况,以及不同齿壁厚和铣削力变化对齿变形的影响,得到了涡旋齿在铣削过程中的变形规律,并提出了预防措施。
In order to reduce the deformation and improve the machining accuracy,it is necessary to study the deformation law of the scroll teeth.Firstly,the experiment of milling the outer ring tooth of the second base circle of variable cross-section scroll is carried out to study the influence of different spindle speed,cutting depth,cutting width and feed rate of each tooth on the milling force;the influence law of various milling parameters on the milling force is analyzed by range method,and the optimal combination of milling parameters is obtained.ABAQUS software is used to simulate the deformation of scroll tooth in profile direction and height direction and the influence of different tooth wall thickness and milling force variation on tooth deformation when the milling force is constant in milling process.The deformation law of scroll teeth in milling process is obtained and preventive measures are put forward.
