摘要
首先通过对浸入式光谱法水质检测装置的工作流程、需解决的问题进行分析,得出该机械装置总成结构,然后对测量骨架、外壁筒、开放式测量池、镜面清洗装置等部件进行详细的结构设计和有限元分析,最后得到总装设计和试验样机,该装置达到了设计目的,满足设计需求。
This paper firstly analyzes the workflow and the problems to be solved of the immersion water quality detection device based on spectroscopy method,the assembly structure of the mechanical device is obtained.Then the detailed structural design and finite element analysis of the measuring skeleton,outer wall cylinder,open measuring pool,mirror surface cleaning and other components are carried out.Finally,the final assembly design and test prototype are obtained to achieve the design purpose and meet the design requirements.
