摘要
为了获得适合于铝箔剪切机碎屑收集的双支管负压通道设计方案,使用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对不同支管连接方式的管流进行了压力-速度耦合计算。给出了连通区域及不同断面的压力、速度云图及量化值,结合理论分析了不同管路结构时气流流态产生原因及其对支管吸附作用的影响规律,进而提出了管路改进措施。结果表明:简单将两支管连接于主管的结构无法满足工程需要,而将第一个支管延长,使两个支管均与大气连通,在两个支管后方形成负压区,从而产生有效吸附力,可满足铝箔剪切机碎屑收集任务。
To obtain a suitable two pipes design for the debris collection of aluminum foil cutter,the CFD method is employed to simulate the pressure-velocity coupled flow in pipes.The pressure,velocity contours and quantization value of connected region as well as different sections are given to analyse the formation reason of fixed flow state when using differ structures.Based on theoretical analysis,the proposal pipe structure is given through analyzing the adsorption capacity of branch pipes.The numerical result shows that it is not suitable for practical use if simply connecting the main pipe and two branch pipes,which is because of the compression effort from the back-pipe region to the front region.The fixed flow state leads to higher pressure and vortex region,making air flow out the front branch pipe.The front pipe is extended in the improved design,and then negative pressure area is generated in the rear region.The encouraging adsorbent effort is obtained with the proposed pipe systems,which well meets engineering needs.
