类椭圆型采油螺杆泵过流面积分析 被引量:2

摘要 为避免类椭圆型采油螺杆泵转子轮廓出现尖点,首先对类椭圆型螺杆泵的不过切条件进行了分析,给出了螺杆泵合理设计条件,并对螺杆泵的结构参数——偏心距与过流面积的关系进行了分析,得到偏心距是影响过流面积最主要因素的结论。然后通过对定转子线型进行分析得到了理论过流面积计算公式,并得到不同偏心距与过流面积的关系曲线。最后通过关系曲线结合不同偏心距的定转子形状,优选出偏心距的取值范围。 In order to avoid the sharp points appearing in the rotor contour of ellipse-like progressive cavity pump,the non-cut condition of ellipse-like progressive cavity pump is analyzed firstly and the reasonable design condition of progressive cavity pump is obtained.The relationship between eccentricity and flow area of progressive cavity pump is analyzed and the conclusion that eccentricity is the most important factor affecting flow area is obtained.Then,the theoretical flow area formula is obtained by analyzing the line style of the stator and rotor,and the relation curve between different eccentricity and flow area is obtained.Finally,the value range of eccentricity is optimized by the relation curve and the line style of the stator and rotor shapes with different eccentricities.
