Photoluminescent Properties and Applications of Platinum(Ⅱ)Complexes Molecularly Dispersed in Polymer Matrices

摘要 The photoluminescence of some platinum(Ⅱ)complexes of aromaticα-diimines and pyridine-2-thiolates is enhanced upon incorporation into the polymer matrices polymethmethylacrylate(PMMA),polycarbonate,and polystyrene.Some applications of the platinum(Ⅱ)-PMMA films as luminscent sensors reported.When platinum(Ⅱ)-PMMA films are in ethanol solutions with different chloroform concentration,there is a systematic decrease of emission intensity with increasing chloroform concentration and the variation follows a Stern-volmer relationship.
