摘要
为了研究加锚煤岩材料在不同倾角预制裂隙影响下的力学特性的变化规律,以胡底煤矿的煤岩作为研究对象,对含不同裂隙倾角的试样进行单轴压缩试验,分析研究完整煤岩和裂隙角度分别为0°、30°、45°、60°和90°的煤岩体,及其加锚后试件破坏演化规律及差异,对不同裂隙角度锚固体力学机制进行探讨。试验得出:含裂隙煤岩在裂隙角度为35°到45°时,加锚效果最明显;锚杆含裂隙的试件变成拥有一定强度的锚固体,岩体在锚固范围内不易发生破坏,锚杆能有效地协调控制含裂隙煤岩的整体变形。试验结果与理论预测模型结果比较符合。
In order to study the mechanical properties of anchored coal-rock materials under the different angles of prefabricated fissure,the coal-rock mass of Hudi coal mine was taken as the research object and uniaxial compression test was carried out on the coal-rock samples.This study analyzed the complete coal-rock mass with fissure angles of 0°,30°,45°,60° and 90°,and the failure evolution laws and differences of the samples after anchoring.The mechanism of anchoring body with different fissure angles was discussed.The results show that the anchoring effect is the most obvious when the fissure angle of coal and rock ranges from 35°to 45°.The samples with cracks become anchoring bodies with a certain strength.The rock mass is not prone to damage within the anchoring range,so the anchor can effectively coordinate and control the deformation of the fractured coal and rock.The test results are consistent with the theoretical prediction model.
