摘要
以某深部高应力环境下矿井的沿空留巷为背景,在前期锚、网、索联合基本支护及超前补强支护的基础上,采用柔性模板构筑沿空留巷的混凝土墙。利用先柔后刚的巷旁支护特点,有效控制了深部高应力沿空留巷的围岩剧烈变形。矿压监测结果表明:最大顶板下沉量411 mm,最大底臌量1486 mm,最大帮臌量616 mm,消除了周期性压力对混凝土墙体的破坏,混凝土墙的自愈能力提高10%,峰值强度提高17%~23%,残余强度提高57%~71%。柔模混凝土墙体强度与支护强度达到预期的支护效果,实现了切顶卸载后巷道变形量小,巷道支架受力小,减小了巷道的修复量,为其他相似环境矿井提供了借鉴。
Taking the gob-side entry retaining in deep and high-stress environment as the background,on the basis of the previous anchor,mesh,and cable joint support and advanced reinforcement support,flexible template was used to construct the concrete wall of the gob-side entry retaining.Roadside support,which is soft first and then rigid,effectively controls the severe deformation of the surrounding rock in the deep high-stress roadway.The monitoring results of mine pressure show that the maximum roof subsidence is 411 mm,the maximum floor heave is 1486 mm,and the maximum side heave is 616 mm,which could offset the damage to the concrete wall by periodic weighting.In addition,the self-healing capacity of the concrete wall increases by 10%,the peak strength increases from 17% to 23% and the residual strength from 57% to 71%.The strength and supporting strength of the flexible concrete wall achieve the expected effect.As a result,after the roof is cut and unloaded,the deformation and the support of the roadway diminish,thereby reducing the amount of roadway repair and providing a reference for other mines with similar environment.
