高应力大断面锚支巷道变形监测及破坏特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前诸多煤矿巷道断面尺寸不断增大,给巷道支护带来诸多难题的现象,以保德煤矿高应力大断面锚支巷道为例,介绍了锚支巷道常用的监测方法,如巷道表面位移、顶板离层、锚杆(索)工作载荷、超前支撑压力等相关常见监测设备的安装、监测原理、数据分析以及实际应用情况。通过巷道变形量和支护物受力情况关联分析,精准把控现场顺槽矿压显现及变形情况,可及时采取相应的工程措施,修正支护参数,确保煤矿巷道的安全与稳定,对于同类型巷道围岩支护参数的合理设计及监测方法的选择具有一定参考价值。 At present the increasing sectional size of roadways in many coal mines brings many problems to roadway support.In view of this,taking the high-stress and large-section bolt-supported roadways in Baode Mine as an example,this article introduces the commonly used monitoring methods and the installation,monitoring principles,data analysis and application of monitoring equipment for surface displacement,roof separation,bolt(cable)working load,and advanced support pressure.On the correlation analysis between the the roadway deformation and the force of the support,it is possible to accurately control the occurrence and deformation of the gateway pressure on site and to take corresponding engineering measures in advance to modify the support parameters so as to ensure the safety and stability of the roadways.This research has practical and engineering values for the reasonable design of supporting parameters and the selection of monitoring methods for the surrounding rock in the similar roadways.
