摘要 以沁新煤矿9105工作面为工程背景开展了沿空留巷试验。经过优化顺槽补强支护和爆破设计并进行了矿压监测,顺槽后期稳定性良好。深孔爆破技术可以实现对顺槽顶板的预裂卸压,工作面推进过程中产生的采场周期来压使采空区顶板按照爆破设定方向切落。垮落矸石在岩石碎胀作用下自动形成采空区顶板的支撑结构,并在靠近采空区侧自动形成巷帮,从而保留了本工作面胶带顺槽,进而作为下一工作面的回风顺槽,避免了以往留设煤柱造成的资源浪费,提高了煤炭资源回收率。 With the 9105 working face of Qinxin Mine as the engineering background,the test of gob-side entry retaining was carried out.Through the optimization of the reinforcement support and blasting design along the gateway and the monitoring of rock pressure,the gateway is found to be stable in the later stage.The deep-hole blasting can realize the pre-splitting and pressure releasing of the gateway roof.Periodical weighting,produced during the advancement of the working face,makes the roof of the goaf cut off in the direction set by blasting.The collapsed gangue automatically forms a supporting structure for the roof of the goaf under the rock fragmentation and expansion.It automatically forms a lane side near the goaf.Therefore,the belt gateway of the working face is retained,and then used as the return air gateway of the next working face,which could avoid wasting resources caused by coal pillars in the past and increase the recovery rate of the coal resources.
