摘要
重油催化装置内余热锅炉设备经过长期运行,省煤器模块内部管束腐蚀磨损严重,且被催化剂覆盖,换热效率降低,因此需对省煤器模块进行更换,以提高热量回收效率。以中国石油大庆石化公司140×10^(4) t/a重油催化装置余热锅炉省煤器更换安装为例,阐述了2台锅炉8组省煤器模块通过对原框架加固并利用移动小车及倒链牵引的方法进行水平拆运,同时使用400 t履带吊车配合吊装的方法从锅炉同一侧倒运省煤器。安装新省煤器模块也利用400 t履带吊车和移动小车及倒链牵引,从而达到高效完成省煤器模块更换工作。
After long-term operation of waste heat boiler in a heavy oil catalytic unit,the tube bundle inside an economizer module is seriously corroded and worn,and covered with catalyst,so the heat exchange efficiency is reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to replace the economizer module to improve the heat recovery efficiency.Taking the replacement of the economizer of waste heat boiler in 140×10^(4) t/a heavy oil catalytic unit of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company as an example,this paper expounds the replacement construction techniques.Eight sets of economizer modules of two boilers are removed horizontally by strengthening the original frame and using mobile trolleys and chain block traction,and at the same time,the economizer is transported from the same side of the boiler by using a 400 t crawler crane for hoisting.the 400 t crawler crane and mobile trolleys and chain block traction are also used in new economizer module installation,so as to achieve the replacement of the economizer module.
