阿布扎比陆上油气管道3LPP防腐系统补口技术

摘要 三层聚丙烯(3LPP)管道的补口位置通常是整个防腐系统的薄弱环节,补口位置的剥离或开裂会导致整个防腐系统失效,造成巨大的经济损失。结合阿布扎比某油田综合设施项目3LPP防腐系统补口的实际施工经验,从准备阶段、开工前验收、焊道表面处理及检验、热缩套施工、HDD加固带安装、检查检验、破损修复等方面对中频加热补口工艺的施工细节和质量控制要求进行了论述。 The field joint coating positions of the three-layer polypropylene(3LPP)pipeline are usually the weak links of the entire anticorrosion system.The peeling or cracking of the joint coating position will lead to the failure of the whole anticorrosion system and cause huge economic losses.Combined with the actual construction experience of field joint coating of the 3LPP anticorrosion system in the Abu Dhabi oilfield integrated facilities project,this paper discusses the construction details and quality control requirements of medium-frequency introduction heating field joint coating process in aspects of preparation stage,pre-construction acceptance,weld surface treatment and inspection,heat-shrinkable sleeve installation and construction,HDD reinforcement tape installation,inspection and damage repair,etc.
