耐高温高硫化氢缓蚀剂的研制

摘要 随着能源需求的日益增大,对高含硫、酸性类油气田的开发势在必行。介绍了伊拉克油田管道腐蚀现状,从腐蚀因素和缓蚀剂的机理出发,通过实验的方法研究出一种新型耐高温高硫化氢缓蚀剂。通过室内静态和动态检测,成功复配出缓蚀剂,并在伊拉克油田进行投放,证明了新型缓蚀剂能够有效地控制腐蚀。 With the increasing demand for energy,the development of high sulfur and high acid oil and gas fields is imperative.The current situation of pipeline corrosion in Iraq oilfield is introduced.Based on analyzing corrosion factors and mechanism of corrosion inhibitor,a new corrosion inhibitor against high temperature and high content of hydrogen sulfide was developed by experimental method.Through indoor static and dynamic detections,the corrosion inhibitor was successfully compounded and put into use in the Iraq oilfield,which proves that the new corrosion inhibitor can effectively control the corrosion.
