摘要
吊装施工中,时常会面临规范中选择的管轴吊耳无法满足现场实际需求的问题,因此需要工程师根据实际情况设计管轴吊耳。在某乙烯装置的管道吊装中,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench分析管轴吊耳受力情况,分析结果发现此次管轴吊耳的设计安全余量偏大,于是对吊耳结构进行优化,优化后的吊耳满足吊装要求,降低了材料和焊接成本。
During the hoisting construction,the problem is often faced that the selected lifting trunnion cannot meet the actual field requirment,so the engineer needs to design the lifting trunnion according to the actual situation.In the hoisting operation of an ethylene unit,the forces on the lifting trunnion were analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.The result showed that the design load of the lifting trunnion was too large,then the lifting trunnion structure was optimized.The optimized lifting trunnion meets the hoisting requirements and that the material and welding cost is reduced.
