化学势对石墨烯基SPR传感器性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善表面等离子共振(SPR)传感器的性能,利用传输矩阵法就化学势对一种石墨烯基SPR传感器特性的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:器件结构参数一定时,化学势发生变化,传感器的探测灵敏度也随之发生变化。传感器的结构参数对器件性能的影响与化学势的取值是相关联的。基于这种关联性,对这种SPR传感器的结构参数进行了重新选择,使器件的探测灵敏度提高了约20.4%。研究结果为类似石墨烯基SPR传感器的优化设计提供了参考。 In order to improve sensing performance of surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensor,the influence of chemical potential on sensing characteristics of a graphene-based SPR sensor is studied by transmission matrix method.Research results show that detecting sensitivity of the sensor changes with the variation of chemical potential when the structure parameters of the device are fixed.The influence of the structure parameters of the sensor on the performance of the device is related to the value of the chemical potential.Based on this relevance,the structural parameters of the SPR sensor are re-selected,and the sensitivity of the device is improved by about 20.4%.The research results provide a reference for the optimal design of similar graphene-based SPR sensors.
