摘要 MCNP作为一款通用粒子输运模拟软件,常用于核测井仪器开发过程中。但MCNP在使用过程中其建模方法在某些情况下略显复杂或难以实现,在中国也难以获取授权,因此,需要寻找另外的蒙特卡罗模拟软件作为补充。GEANT4是一款采用面向对象技术构建的蒙特卡罗程序包,在核测井领域还没有得到广泛使用。采用GEANT4和MCNP建立随钻方位伽马测井仪器模型进行模拟,分别测量反映仪器性能指标的几个响应特征并对测量结果进行对比。对比分析表明,GEANT4的模拟计数结果和输出能谱与MCNP均符合较好,仪器性能结果分析基本一致,证明将GEANT4应用到核测井领域是可行的。 As a general particle transport simulation software,MCNP is often used in the development of nuclear logging tools.However,in the process of using MCNP,its modeling method is slightly complicated or difficult to realize in some cases,and it is difficult to obtain authorization in China.Therefore,it is necessary to find other Monte Carlo simulation software as a supplement.GEANT4 is a Monte Carlo package built with object-oriented technology,which has not been widely adopted in the field of nuclear logging.Therefore,GEANT4 and MCNP are used to establish a type of azimuth-while-drilling gamma logging tool model for simulation,several performance response characteristics reflecting the performance of the tool are measured and compared.The analysis shows that the results from GEANT4 and the energy spectrum are in good agreement with MCNP,and the instrument performance analysis results are basically consistent,it is feasible to apply GEANT4 to nuclear logging.
