摘要
[目的/意义]文章基于价值共创理论对科技型中小企业知识服务机理进行研究,通过探寻科技型中小企业知识服务机理,挖掘科技型中小企业知识服务规律。[方法/过程]首先,通过质性研究方法构建科技型中小企业知识服务理论模型;其次,在构建理论模型的基础上,开发科技型中小企业知识服务测量量表;然后,利用结构方程模型对科技型中小企业知识服务进行实证验证;最后得出结论及对实践的启示。[结果/结论]科技型中小企业知识服务前提是需求诊断、诉求契合、资源整合、价值匹配;科技型中小企业知识服务过程为服务互动;科技型中小企业知识服务效果为价值共创。需求诊断和诉求契合显著正向影响服务互动,服务互动显著正向影响价值共创。
[Purpose/significance]Based on the value co-creation theory,this paper studies the knowledge service mechanism of high-tech SMEs,explores the knowledge service mechanism of high-tech SMEs,and explores the knowledge service law of high-tech SMEs.[Method/process]Firstly,the theoretical model of knowledge service for technology-based SMEs is constructed by qualitative research method.Secondly,on the basis of constructing the theoretical model,the knowledge service measurement scale of science and technology SMEs is developed.Then,the structural equation model is used to empirically verify the knowledge service of SMEs.Finally,conclusions and implications for practice are drawn.[Result/conclusion]The premise of knowledge service for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises is demand diagnosis,demand fit,resource integration and value matching;knowledge service process of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises is service interaction.The knowledge service effect of technological SMEs is value co-creation.Demand diagnosis and demand fit significantly positively affect service interaction,service interaction has a significant positive impact on value co-creation.
