中原城市群空间协调与高质量发展水平探究

Exploration on Spatial Coordination and High-Quality Development Level of Central China Urban Agglomeration

利用空间关联、Zipf指数、引力模型及高质量发展水平体系定量分析中原城市群空间协调及高质量发展水平现状并提出建议;第一,中原城市群空间结构出现明显空间分形特征,空间结构趋于高质量发展;第二,人口规模结构及经济规模结构均表现出集中趋势,无明显“断层”现象,但正金字塔形规模结构不显著;第三,中原城市群空间联系强度呈现出明显等级划分,整体表现出以郑州为中心放射状对称结构,空间联系强度分布不均衡;第四,中原城市群各市高质量发展呈现出显著差距,各类指标空间特征明显且各不相同;第五,中原城市群应强化区域合作,引领劳动力向“米”字发展轴城市转移;加快产业结构与能源结构调整,推进产业融合发展,注重生态保护共同推进中原城市群高质量发展。

Based on the Zipf exponential gravity model of spatial correlation and the system of high quality development level,the paper quantitatively analyzes the high quality development level of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration and puts forward some suggestions:the spatial structure of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration has obvious spatial fractal characteristics,and the spatial structure tends to develop with high quality;The population scale structure and the economic scale structure show a central trend,and there is no obvious fault phenomenon,but the normal pyramid scale structure is not significant.The intensity of spatial connection in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration showed obvious hierarchical division,which showed a radial symmetrical structure with Zhengzhou as the center,and the distribution of spatial connection intensity was unbalanced.The high-quality development of the cities in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration shows a significant gap.The spatial characteristics of various indicators are obvious and different.The Central Plains Urban Agglomeration should strengthen regional cooperation and lead the labor force to transfer to the meter-shaped development axis cities.We will accelerate the adjustment of industrial and energy structures,promote integrated industrial development,and jointly promote high-quality development of the Central Plains urban agglomeration with the focus on ecological protection.
