摘要
38CrMoAl钢种属于中碳高铝合金结构钢,钢中的Al含量远高于普碳钢,因此极易还原所接触到的SiO2,在形成Al2O3二次夹杂的同时,钢水回硅现象较严重。本文详细论述了以38CrMoAl为代表的中碳高铝合金结构钢的特点、控硅工艺难点和生产工艺要点,以及对此采取的措施。通过某钢厂的生产实践表明,在LF炉Al合金化前,将钢水中Si含量控制在0.13~0.20%,炉渣中SiO2含量控制在8.00%以下,可以实现38CrMoAl钢中硅含量稳定控制在目标成分范围内。
38CrMoAl steel belongs to medium carbon high aluminum alloy structural steel,the aluminum content in steel is much higher than ordinary carbon steel,therefore it is easy to reduce the encountered SiO2,at the same time of forming Al2O3 secondary inclusions,the phenomenon of silicon return in molten steel is serious.The paper describes in detail the characteristics of the medium-carbon high-aluminum alloy structural steel represented by 38CrMoAl steel,the difficulty of silicon control process and the requirements of each production process,and the measures taken to this.According to the production practice of a steelworks,it shows that the Si content in molten steel is controlled at 0.13~0.20%,and the SiO2 content in slag is controlled below 8.00%before Al Alloying in LF furnace,can to realize that the silicon content in 38CrMoAl steel was controlled steadily stability in the target composition range.
