钢铁企业煤气智能调度系统的应用实践

Application practice of intelligent gas dispatching system in iron and steel enterprises

煤气智能调度系统是提高企业煤气回收利用效率的重要手段,可实现煤气系统的直观、定量管理,及时动态调整燃气回收利用平衡,使燃气系统处于安全、经济、合理的状态。本文介绍了煤气智能调度系统在唐钢不锈钢公司煤气系统管理中的应用,对其主要功能进行了描述,同时对该系统在煤气系统运行管理中的应用效果进行了分析评价。该系统投运后,煤气回收利用效率显著提高,煤气系统的管控能力得到了提升,企业节能降耗成效显著。

The gas intelligent dispatching system is an important means to improve gas callback and utilization efficiency in steel plant,be able to realize intuitionistic and quantitative management of gas system,and can timely and dynamically adjust the balance of gas callback and utilization,keeping the gas system in a safe,economical and reasonable state.This paper introduces the application of the gas intelligent dispatching system in gas system management of Tangshan Stainless Steel Company,and describing its main functions,at the same time analyzing and evaluating the application effect of this system in operation and management of gas system.After the system operational,the efficiency of gas callback and utilization is improved,management and control capacity of gas system has been improved,and enterprises have achieved remarkable results in energy saving and consumption reduction.
