浅谈烧结烟气超低排放技术的应用

摘要 烧结烟气超低排放是冶金行业环保治理工作的重要内容,天津市新天钢联合特钢有限公司有两台230 m2烧结机,配套有烟气除尘、脱硫和脱硝设施。本文介绍了230 m2烧结机烟气污染物的种类及配套的烟气处理设施,重点论述了烧结烟气超低排放技术的应用。通过实施机头电除尘、湿法脱硫、烟气消白、SCR脱硝工艺技术,公司烧结烟气颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物含量达到超低排放限值,实现了公司烧结烟气达标排放的目标。 The ultra-low emission of sintering flue gas is an important content of the environmental protection work in metallurgical industry,Tianjin New Tiangang United Special Steel Limited Company has two 230 m2 sintering machine,the supporting facilities include flue gas dust elimination,desulfurization and denitration facilities.This paper introduces the types of 230 m2 sintering machine flue gas pollutants and the supporting flue gas treatment facilities,mainly discussed the application of ultra-low emission technology of sintering flue gas.Through the implementation of the electrostatic dust elimination for machine head,the wet desulfurization,flue gas remove white,SCR denitration process technology,and the content of particulate matter along with sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide has reached the ultra-low emission limit in sintering flue gas of the company,achieved the sintering flue gas goal of up to standard emission.
