摘要 [目的]利用结构方程模型分析吉林省大学生健康素养水平及提升路径,为大学生健康素养路径研究提供理论依据。[方法]采取分层整群抽样方法对吉林省内6所大学共1889名在校大学生进行问卷调查,问卷根据知信行(KAP)理论模型设计,在基本健康三方面内容基础上,采用结构方程模型分析影响健康素养因素及其之间关系。[结果]总健康水平平均分为(22.59±4.19)分,基本健康知识是基本健康理念形成的基础,并通过健康技能对健康生活方式与行为产生重要影响;基本健康理念是健康技能与健康生活方式与行为产生的关键因素;健康技能在健康素养提升路径上具备中介效应。[结论]吉林省大学生健康素养水平偏低,在基础环节补强知识与理念教育,以及拓展技能水平是提升大学生健康素养水平的有效途径。 Objective To analyze the level and improving path of college students health literacy in Jilin Province by structural equation model so as to provide theoretical basis for the research of college students health literacy.Methods It adopted stratified cluster sampling method to conduct questionnaire survey for 2000 college students from six universities in Jilin Province.The questionnaire was designed according to theoretical model of knowledge-attitude-practice.It analyzed the relationship among the factors influencing health literacy and knowledge-attitude-practice based on basic health contents of the three aspects by structural equation model.Results Basic health knowledge is the basis of the formation of basic health concept and has an important impact on healthy lifestyle and behavior through health skills.Basic health concept is the key factor of health skills and healthy lifestyle and behavior.Health skills have a mediating effect on the path of health literacy improvement.Conclusions The health literacy level of college students is low in Jilin Province.The efficient path of improving the level of college students health literacy is that strengthen knowledge and idea education at basic link and expand skill level.
