长株潭社区居民自我药疗现状及其影响因素的调查

Investigation on self-medication situation and its influencing factors of residents in Changzhutan community

[目的]了解长株潭社区居民自我药疗现状和影响因素,为提高社区居民的自我药疗风险防范意识提供依据。[方法]利用问卷星发放问卷,获得有效问卷768份,利用SPSS 20对长株潭社区居民自我药疗现状和影响因素进行分析。[结果]长株潭社区居民的自我药疗行为中,有59.8%是依据药师或医师指导确定用法用量,有82.8%是用温开水服药,有43.8%的居民在自觉病情好转时停药,有27.2%的居民偶尔会随意增减药量,有52.1%的居民小病小痛的解决方式是询问药店店员。居民自我药疗概念的知晓度在性别(P<0.05)、家中是否有医药工作者(P<0.001)、对社区卫生服务中心的知晓度(P<0.001)3个方面差异有统计学意义。方便(71.48%)是居民自我药疗行为的主要动机。[结论]长株潭社区居民的自我药疗行为比较合理,但是对于过期药品的处置和重复用药方面还需要加强教育,是否清楚自我药疗的概念与社区卫生服务密切相关,药品和医疗服务的可及性直接影响着社区居民的自我药疗行为。

Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of self-medication in the residents of Changzhutan community so as to provide basis for improving self-medication risk prevention awareness of community residents.Methods 768 valid questionnaires were obtained by using the questionnaire.SPSS 20 was used to analyze the self-medication status and influencing factors of residents in Changzhutan community.Results 59.8%of the self-medication behaviors of residents in Changzhutan community were based on the guidance of pharmacists or doctors,82.8%of them took medicine with warm boiled water,43.8%of the residents stopped taking medicine when they felt better,27.2%of the residents occasionally increased or decreased the dosage at will,52.1%of the residents asked the drugstore staff for the solution of minor illness and pain.There was statistical significant in the difference of gender(P<0.05),medical background in the family(P<0.001)and the awareness of community health service center(P<0.001)on residents awareness of self-medication concept.Convenience(71.48%)was the main motivation of self-medication.Conclusions The self-medication behavior of residents in Changzhutan community is reasonable,but education on the disposal of expired drugs and repeated use of drugs should be strengthened.Whether the concept of self-medication is clear that is closely related to community health services,and the accessibility of drugs and medical services directly affects the self-medication behavior of residents in the community.
