摘要
本文叙述了炼油化工装置仪表机柜间电源系统的使用状况,机柜间仪表供电系统常用的电源类型,通过对RPSTECH电源系统的功能分析和解读,以及供电模块原理介绍,实现与DCS系统的远程通讯,完善实时监控电源的运行状态,并建立历史数据记录,便于电源系统出现故障能及时发现,提高自动化水平,确保仪表电源系统和装置的长周期运行。
This paper describes the use of the power supply system between the meters of the refining and chemical units,the types of the power supply system commonly used in the meters between the meters,the RPSTECH power supply system function analysis and interpretation,and the introduction of the power supply module principle,to realize the remote communication with DCS system,perfect the real-time monitoring of the running state of the power supply,and establish the historical data record,which is convenient for the fault detection of the power supply system in time,and improve the level of automation,ensure longterm operation of instrument power supply system and device.
