摘要
为设计一款结构简单、性能优良的海上采油平台仪表气干燥塔控制器,采用STC89C51RC单片机作为控制核心,其外围电路包括电源电路、设备驱动电路、指示电路、操控电路。编程工具为C语言,编程思维采用了模块化思维,在Proteus下仿真控制器控制干燥塔进气阀和再生阀,实现干燥塔干燥、充压和再生,实时显示干燥塔运行状态和各状态运行时间。用户根据现场环境、设备运行状况及用气需求调整系统参数,减少再生运行时间,降低再生气消耗,实现节能运行。
In order to design a simple structure and excellent performance controller for instrument air drying tower of offshore oil production platform,stc89c51rc single chip microcomputer is used as the control core,and its peripheral circuit includes power supply circuit,device drive circuit,indication circuit and control circuit.The programming tool is C language,the programming thinking adopts modular thinking,and the simulation controller controls the inlet valve and regeneration valve of the drying tower under Proteus to realize the drying,pressure charging and regeneration of the drying tower,and display the running state and running time of each state in real time.Users adjust the system parameters according to the site environment,equipment operation status and gas demand,reduce the regeneration operation time,reduce the consumption of regeneration gas,and realize energy-saving operation.
