摘要
本文旨在研究大型商用核电站水压试验泵系统功能以及所用380V柴油机原理与应用经验。介绍了水压试验泵系统在大型商用核电站中的功能,详述了水压试验泵系统设计基准以及安全准则,针对大型商用核电站水压试验泵系统所需柴油发电机组进行分析。以某大型商用核电站实例讲解,针对核电站用380V应急柴油发电机组进行功能分析,结合实际故障案例分析总结出设备控制基本原理,分析出设备故障根本原因。例中柴油发电机组由沃尔沃柴油机、斯坦福发电机、科迈控制器组成,保证核电站在失电后主控应急照明以及重要仪表应急供电,提高了核电站应急电源可靠性。为后续大型商用核电站应用380V柴油发电机提供参考。
The purpose of this paper is to study the hydraulic test pump system of large commercial nuclear power plant and the principle and application experience of the 380V diesel engine.The paper introduces the function of hydraulic test system in lager commercial nuclear power plant,details the design benchmark and safety criteria of hydraulic test pump system,and analyzes the diesel generator set required for hydraulic test pump system in large commercial nuclear power plant.Instance based on a large commercial nuclear power plant,emergency diesel generator set for nuclear power plants use 380V function analysis and combined with the actual fault case analysis sums up the basic principle of equipment control,analysis of the root cause of equipment failure,case of diesel generator set by Volvo diesel engine,Standford generator,controller,ensure the plant in the master after losing electricity emergency lighting as well as the important instrument of emergency power supply,improve the nuclear emergency power supply reliability.
