摘要
重金属离子含量是反映土壤污染的重要指标,重金属分析仪因其检测速度快,量值准确,检测限低,被广泛应用于快速检测与日常执法筛查工作中。该仪器的使用提高了应急处置的效率,在环境检测中发挥了越来越重要的作用。目前,国内并无该类仪器的校准规范,仪器的量值缺少溯源方法。本文结合实际计量工作,探讨了示值误差、测量重复性及检出限的校准方法;分析了测量不确定度来源,探讨了测量不确定度评定的一般方法,为优化测量提供了指导。
The content of heavy metal ions is an important indicator of soil pollution.Heavy metal analyzer is widely used in rapid detection and daily law enforcement screening because of its fast detection speed,accurate quantity and low detection limit.The use of the instrument improves the efficiency of emergency disposal and plays an increasingly important role in environmental detection.At present,there is no calibration specification for coulometric sulfur analyzer,the value of instruments is lack of traceability method.Based on the actual measurement work,this paper discussed the calibration method of indication error,measurement repeatability and detection limit.This paper analyzed the source of measurement uncertainty,the general method of measurement uncertainty evaluation is discussed,and provide guidance for optimizing the measurement.
