摘要
介绍了国产外给电子体X在Unipol工艺聚丙烯装置上的工业应用情况。国产外给电子体X分别与进口催化剂SHAC201和国产催化剂SUG匹配生产拉丝料L5E89。工业应用结果显示,X作为外给电子体时反应器运行平稳,聚丙烯产品质量优异,等规度均在97%以上;X与进口给电子体相比,氢调敏感性相当,单耗基本持平,催化剂活性高,粉料产品粒径分布相近。X外给电子体可以替代进口给电子体,节省成本,在Unipol聚丙烯生产装置上具有很好的推广价值。
The industrial application of home-made external electron donor X in Unipol polypropylene unit was described.X matched with imported catalyst SHAC201 and domestic catalyst SUG to produce L5E89.The results of industrial application show when X is used as an external electron donor,the reactor runs smoothly,the PP product quality is excellent and the isotacticity which reaches more than 97%.Comparing with imported electron donor,X has the same sensitivity to hydrogen regulation and unit consumption,the catalyst activity is high,and the particle size distribution of powder product is similar.X can replace imported electron donor and reduce cost.It has good promotion value in UNIPOL polypropylene production unit.
