加强铁路线路、车站、桥渡隧命名管理的对策研究

为规范铁路线路、车站、桥渡隧命名管理,以铁路进入高质量发展阶段为背景,阐述目前铁路命名管理现状,对铁路命名管理面临的新形势进行研判,研究优化铁路命名管理的对策和措施,提出了建立健全命名管理工作机制,进一步优化命名工作总体原则;从线路、车站、桥渡隧三个方面对命名规则提出了优化完善建议,并针对工作机制调整,配套提出了命名工作流程调整方案;为进一步提高工作效率,强化基础数据管理,提出了建立铁路命名管理信息系统实现信息化管理的建议,并以数据管理、查询检索、路网和地理方位图示、辅助决策、更新维护等功能为核心的设计开发建议。

Railway has entered the high-quality development stage.In order to standardize the naming management of railway lines,stations,bridges,ferries and tunnels,this article elaborates the current situation of railway naming management,studies and judges the new situation of railway naming management,and systematically studies the countermeasures and measures for optimizing railway naming management.The article puts forward the establishment and improvement of naming management mechanism,the general principles of naming optimization,and the suggestions for optimizing and improving naming rules from the aspects of railway lines,stations,bridges,ferries and tunnels.Based on the work mechanism adjustment,the ar-ticle gives the naming workflow adjustment scheme.To further improve work efficiency and strengthen basic data management,this article suggests the establishment of railway naming management information system and provides the design and development suggestions with core functions of data management,query and retrieval,road network and geographical location diagram,auxiliary decision-making,as well as update and maintenance.
