北京科幻产业园建设初探

Preliminary Study of Construction ofScience Fiction Industrial Park in Beijing

科幻产业作为一种内容输出型产业,是科技创新与文化融合的重要载体之一,与文化产业具有相似的产业形态。在北京文化产业大发展、大繁荣的背景下,发展北京科幻产业园区,对于“十四五”期间,北京“四个中心”功能建设、提高“四个服务”水平具有重要意义。基于“北京市科幻产业项目”区域课题研究及对北京市发展科幻产业园区的要素的调研,认为北京市具备筹办科幻产业园区的基础条件,但仍需要在健全全产业服务链、借鉴主题公园经营模式、注重文化与科技融合、加强知识产权保护等方面做好工作。

Science fiction industry,as a kind of content output industry,is one of the important carriers of scientific and technological innovation and cultural integration,and has a similar industrial form with cultural industry.Under the background of great development and prosperity of Beijing's cultural industry,the development of Beijing Science Fiction Industrial Park is of great significance to the functional construction of“four centers”and the improvement of“four services”during the“fourteenth five-year plan”period.As one of the achievements of“science fiction industry project in Beijing”,this paper investigates the elements of developing science fiction Industrial Park in Beijing,and concludes that Beijing has the basic conditions to organize science fiction Industrial Park,but it still needs to do a good job in perfecting the whole industry service chain,learning from the theme park business model,focusing on the integration of culture and technology,and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights.
