小岗村被誉为中国农村改革的主要发源地,围绕农业“大包干”所形成的小岗精神是中国农村改革的重要精神基因。从小岗农民层面看,小岗精神主要体现为敢闯敢干、敢为人先,这是一种改革的勇气;从安徽党委政府层面看,小岗精神主要体现为务实创新、敢于担当,这是一种改革的胆识;从中央层面看,小岗精神主要体现为解放思想、敢试新路,这是一种改革的智慧。在新时代弘扬小岗精神,必须继续敢闯敢干、敢为人先,必须继续尊重人民群众的创造,必须继续发挥党员领导干部“关键少数”的引领作用。
