An Interpretation on the Anti-poverty Theory of Sinicized Marxism from the Perspective of Historical Marxism

马克思的反贫困理论旨在消除贫困最终走向共同富裕的共产主义道路,为我国社会主义发展提供了根本方向和发展路径。历代中国共产党人在立足中国社会贫困现状的基础上创立出了中国化马克思主义反贫困理论。文章运用马克思历史唯物主义方法论,阐述了中国化马克思主义反贫困理论的发展历程,深层透视习近平总书记以人民为中心的新时代中国化马克思主义反贫困理论内核在于:一切为了人民是扶贫工作的出发点、一切依靠人民是扶贫工作的动力源、一切由人民共享是扶贫工作的落脚点。进而指出,新时代中国化马克思主义反贫困理论的实践价值在于如期打赢脱贫攻坚战推动了小康社会全面建成、保障了社会和谐稳定和国家长治久安、助力中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现、为世界贫困问题的解决提供了中国方案。
