论大学生创业学习的类型及主要特征

摘要 大学生创业学习与社会人存在显著差异,体现为实践学习人数少、认知学习人数多、经验学习积累少、体验机会多等特点。本文依据大学生创业学习的特点首次提出体验学习类型,基于布鲁姆教育目标分类将创业学习划分为认知学习、体验学习和实践学习三类,并探析其内在涵义。借鉴西蒙斯的联通主义学习理论,将创业学习视为大学生以不同的联通方式构建包含众多节点的网络过程。则三类学习可分别具化为认知网络、体验网络、实践网络的构建。借助激发联通构建认知网络体现全程联通、价值联通、信念联通特征,借由体验联通构建体验网络展现情境联通、资源联通、项目联通特征,凭借实践联通构建实践网络呈现效益联通、溢出联通、迭代联通特征。 There are remarkable differences about entrepreneurial learning between university students and social persons.For university students,the number of action learning is less,the number of cognitive learning is more,the accumulation of experiential learning is less,the chance of experience is more etc.According to the characteristic of university students’entrepreneurial learning,the paper proposes the genre of taste learning first time.Based on context of university’s students,entrepreneurial learning could be divided into cognitive learning,taste learning and action learning.The connotations also are discussed.Reference from Siemens’learning theory of Connectivism,entrepreneurial learning is regarded as the process of network building by university students weaving numerous nodes.Then,three genre of entrepreneurial learning could be embodied in the construction of cognitive network,taste network,action network.With the help of motivation connection,cognitive network embodies features of whole journey connection,value connection and faith connection.Be made up of taste connection,taste network shows features of scenario connection,resources connection and project connection.By virtue of action connection,action network presents features of efficiency connection,spillage connection and iteration connection.
