摘要
随着同步相量测量装置(phasor measurement unit,PMU)在配电网中的推广应用,通信和授时方面面临的挑战逐渐显现。在授时方面面临北斗/GPS成本高同时部分场合安装难度大,在通信方面面临4G信号稳定性相对较差而光纤投资成本高等问题。本文对实验室环境、现场测试环境和示范工程进行测试。对时方面,通过现场基于5G对时秒脉冲与标准时钟源秒脉冲进行对比测试,测试结果表明误差均在300 ns以内,满足PMU装置对时精度1μs的要求;通信时延方面,经过PMU长时间的测试,结果表明PMU至主站双向最大延时小于14 ms,可以满足PMU对通信延时的较高要求;在带宽方面,在程序不做任何限制的极限条件下,5G依然能满足PMU对可靠率及带宽的要求。实验验证了5G的低延时、高可靠率、高精度授时、大带宽等通信性能,可以满足新一代配网终端在电网新场景应用的通信及对时要求。
With the popularization and application of synchronous phasor measurement unit(PMU)in the distribution network,the challenges in communication and timing are gradually emerging.In the aspect of time service,the cost of Beidou/GPS is high,and it is difficult to install in some occasions.In the aspect of communication,the stability of 4G is relatively poor and the investment cost of optical fiber is high.In this paper,PMU based on 5G is tested in laboratory environment,field test environment and demonstration project.In terms of time synchronization,pulse per second of 5G and standard clock source are compared and tested.The test results show that the errors are all within 300 ns,which meets the requirements of PMU device for time accuracy of one microsecond.In the aspect of communication delay,the test results show that the maximum bidirectional delay from PMU to main station is less than 14 ms,which can meet the higher requirements of PMU for communication delay.In terms of bandwidth,5G can still meet the requirements of PMU for reliability and bandwidth under the limit condition that the program does not make any restrictions.5G s superior communication performances includes short delay,high reliability,high precision timing,high bandwidth,etc.are verified through the tests,which will provide communication and timing basis for the application of PMU in new power grid scenarios.
